Happy 4th of July America

We had hoped to leave Nairobi on 7/3/2024, this didn’t happen.  The protesting in Kenya has continued through today making it unsafe to travel.  We are eager to get to the house in the village and it looks like we’ll be able to leave on Saturday. We’ve been resting up!

God is blessing our time and resources greatly!  We are so fortunate to have such a generous and gracious God. Praise His holy name.

One morning this week we were visited by some locals.  Imagine my surprise after hearing so much noise outside my bedroom window, many monkeys were looking around for food.  I’m told this is normal. The day after much rioting, we ventured through town. The side of the road is normally full of vendors, this day there were very few.  The traffic was immense and took us a good bit of time to make it to the other side of town.
