Joshua Ministry Bukura Kenya

While in Nairobi, we picked up the last of the necessary items for the house. Enos was busy with the AFC Leopard annual meetings.
On our last trip to the village before we returned home, we received a call saying that our youngest daughter, Roxanne, had been in a car accident and was in critical condition. We continued to the village since we were taking a passenger with us and needed more information on our daughter's condition.
While in the village we continued communication with the hospital in Tacoma, WA regarding our daughter. It became necessary to shorten our trip and travel to Seattle. After four hours on the computer and on the phone with the airlines, we were able to change our flight from returning to Houston to Seattle.
Upon arrival we visited the hospital, aware that she was kept alive waiting for us to say our good-byes. Through her passing, she was able to give life to at least two others through organ donation. We are at peace knowing she is with her heavenly Father.
We’ll continue this blog when we return to Kenya in 2025.
Thank you all for your prayers and support. Blessings, Ray & Cathi

I’m SOOO sorry to hear of your loss. I know how it feels to lose a child unexpectedly. Over time, my faith got me through knowing that I would see him later. My prayers are with y’all. God bless.
